I can't access my account. What's wrong?
Couple of things to check:
- Make sure you're using your correct username and password. Remember the password is case-sensisitive. If you have trouble remembering your password or username, contact support and we can send you your access information (only to the alternate email address set at your registration - so make sure that's a current working email address.In order to retrieve your login information please contact our support team.
- There are other reasons you may not be able to access the control panel - your account may have expired, or may have been disabled for sending spam. Please contact support for more information. Be sure to specify your username.
